CLEAR Open House

The Closed Loop Engineering for Advanced Rehabilitation (CLEAR) research group hosted an open house this evening to showcase the research being conducted in the Hand Rehabilitation Lab as well as the Neuromuscular Rehabilitation Engineering Lab and other labs for clinicians and members of the community interested in our research.

Dr. Derek Kamper spoke on the overall goals of the Hand Rehabilitation Lab and recent grant funding procured by CLEAR. Dr. Mohammad Ghassemi presented on our Virtual Keyboard / Neural Stimulation study, Dr. Rinku Roy presented on our EEG / grip control study, Chris Vogel presented on our work testing and developing the BAC-Glove exoskeleton, and Alex Sprague presented on our work to incorporate high-density EMGs into BAC-Glove control.

Special thank you to Mylah Williams for taking pictures for the event and to all the clinicians and community members who came out to hear about our research!
