Happy National Biomechanics Day! This year’s National Biomechanics Day was a major success with the establishment of the Triangle Biomechanics YouTube channel. Local biomechanists submitted videos on research topics and techniques as part of a scientific outreach effort to High School educators and students. Miranda Ludovice and James McCall participated and respectively submitted videos on muscle stretch and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation.
